PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan Holds Blood Donation Drive, Demonstrating Humanitarian Commitment during National OSH Month 2026
Palembang, 23 January 2026 – PT PLN Indonesia Power, Keramasan Generation Business Unit (UBP Keramasan), organized a blood donation drive in commemoration of the 2026 National Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/K3) Month. The activity reflects the Company’s commitment to fostering a healthy and safe work culture while upholding strong humanitarian values.
The blood donation drive was held at the lobby of the PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan Office in collaboration with Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang as the medical partner. The activity was enthusiastically attended by UBP Keramasan employees, outsourced personnel, and business partners who voluntarily participated as blood donors on 21 January 2026.
The Manager of PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan, Syafi’i, also took part directly as a blood donor. His participation served as a demonstration of leadership by example and tangible support for the spirit of social care promoted during the National OSH Month.
Syafi’i expressed his highest appreciation to all donors for their participation and concern for others. He also conveyed special thanks to Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang for its professional collaboration and support, which ensured that the activity was conducted safely, orderly, and smoothly.
“Blood donation is a concrete expression of PLN Indonesia Power employees’ concern for the health and safety of others. This activity aligns with the spirit of the National OSH Month, where safety and health are not only applied in the workplace but also bring broader benefits to the community,” he stated.
He further added that through this activity, PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan aims to support the availability of blood supplies for those in need, while reaffirming the Company’s commitment to implementing a holistic, sustainable, and human-centered OSH culture.
The blood donation drive forms part of the series of National OSH Month 2026 activities at UBP Keramasan, and is expected to strengthen synergy among the Company, employees, partners, and stakeholders in creating a healthy, safe, and socially impactful work environment.
