1. Fraud
   • Corruption practices, receiving or requesting gratuities or bribery.
   • Abuse of authority or position, conflicts of interest or asset misappropriation.
   • Manipulation of financial or non-financial reports.
2. Violations
   • Actions that deviate from laws, company regulations, code of conduct, SOPs, or employee discipline.
   • Actions that may damage the company’s reputation.
   • Immoral behavior (including sexual harassment).
   • Drug use.
   • Involvement in prohibited community activities.
3. Not Fraud and/or Violations
   • HR-related reports.
   • Operational/customer complaints.
   • Other actions not indicated as fraud or violations.

Whistleblower's and/or witnesses granted protection upon request, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The company provide rewards to whistleblower's if the reported fraud or violation is proven and leads to the safeguarding of company assets or finances.
