PLN Indonesia Power UBP Bali Supports ASRI Movement through Coastal Clean-Up Action at Kedonganan Beach
Badung, February 6, 2026 – In support of the ASRI Movement (Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful) initiated by the Minister of Environment, PLN Indonesia Power UBP Bali actively participated in a Marine Debris Clean-Up Action held on Friday, February 6, 2026. The activity took place at Kedonganan Beach, across from Pura Segara Kedonganan, Badung Regency, Bali.
The initiative involved broad participation from across UBP Bali, including permanent employees, outsourced personnel, KKM, KDM, Edu, and CDO teams, and was supported by its working partner, Perta Daya Gas. This cross-functional collaboration reflects a shared commitment to maintaining coastal cleanliness and preserving marine ecosystems.
The clean-up action was attended by Iman Teguh Kurniawan, Administration Manager, and I Gusti Komang Mulyadi, Operations Manager of PLN Indonesia Power UBP Bali. The presence of management underscored strong leadership support and encouraged active participation in environmental preservation efforts.
In a separate statement, the Senior Manager of PLN Indonesia Power UBP Bali emphasized that participation in the Marine Debris Clean-Up Action forms part of the Company’s commitment to supporting government programs and fostering a work culture that prioritizes environmental responsibility. The initiative is expected to strengthen awareness among employees and the surrounding community regarding the importance of maintaining clean beaches and seas as a shared responsibility.
Through this activity, PLN Indonesia Power UBP Bali reaffirms its role not only as a reliable electricity provider but also as a corporate entity committed to environmental sustainability and green development in Bali.
