Jakarta, February 5, 2026 – Marking the beginning of 2026 with a significant achievement, PLN Indonesia Power (PLN IP) reaffirmed its position as a corporate communication role model within the PLN Group. At the PLN Corcom Summit 2025, held at the Auditorium of PLN Head Office, PLN Indonesia Power was honored with the prestigious title of Best of The Best Communication across the PLN Group.

This recognition reflects PLN IP’s consistent commitment to managing strategic and impactful communications aligned with business transformation objectives and the core values of the PLN Group.

In addition to the top award, PLN Indonesia Power achieved several notable distinctions:

Winner – Best Performance Communication SH/AP
Winner – Most Popular in Mass Media
Runner Up – Best Media Relation Management (SAPA MEDIA, PLN IP UBP Saguling)

These accomplishments demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and communication synergy across all PLN Indonesia Power units, from the Head Office to Generation Business Units, in delivering credible, relevant, and stakeholder-focused narratives.

On the same occasion, the President Director of PT PLN (Persero), Darmawan Prasodjo, delivered a CEO Insight session emphasizing the strategic role of communication in building public trust, particularly amid challenges and crisis situations.

“The post-disaster recovery efforts in Aceh demonstrate how PLN personnel work with heart, speed, and collaboration. It is through such dedication that public trust is built. He further highlighted the principle of Building Trust, Leading with Communication as a fundamental leadership foundation within the PLN Group, ensuring that every step of the Company’s transformation is well understood, accepted, and supported by stakeholders.
