PLN Indonesia Power UBP Adipala Conducts 2026 Electricity Readiness Inspection and Ramadan Safari 1447 H

Cilacap, March 6, 2026 – PLN Indonesia Power Generation Business Unit (UBP) Adipala conducted the 2026 Electricity Readiness Inspection in conjunction with the Ramadan Safari 1447 H as part of its commitment to ensuring reliable electricity supply throughout the holy month of Ramadan and the Eid al-Fitr period. The initiative focused on assessing equipment readiness, power system reliability, and the preparedness of standby personnel.

The Ramadan Safari was attended by the President Director of PLN Indonesia Power, Bernadus Sudarmanta, and the President Commissioner, Arief Budiman, along with senior leaders from the Head Office. Also present were representatives from invited units, including UBP Semarang, UBP Jatigede, and UBP Mrica, as well as all personnel of PLN Indonesia Power UBP Adipala.

During the event, each unit presented its operational strategies and readiness plans to ensure the reliability of power generation during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr. All units reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining a safe, stable, and reliable electricity supply, particularly during peak demand periods.

Beyond technical aspects, the Ramadan Safari also served as a platform to strengthen engagement between management and employees. The Board of Directors delivered strategic direction and engaged directly with employees to gather feedback, reinforce collaboration, and accelerate the company’s transformation.

As part of its social responsibility efforts, the program also included the distribution of donations to orphans and underprivileged communities, as well as basic food packages for residents of Bogemanjir and outsourced personnel (TAD) in the surrounding operational areas. The total assistance provided exceeded IDR 100 million.

This initiative forms part of PLN Indonesia Power’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, which consistently delivers tangible benefits to communities, particularly during the blessed month of Ramadan.

President Director of PLN Indonesia Power, Bernadus Sudarmanta, highlighted the challenges ahead, noting that electricity demand will continue to grow, the energy transition will progress, and expectations for PLN Indonesia Power will increase.

“Through the Ramadan Readiness Inspection and Ramadan Safari, we ensure that every step we take strengthens operational preparedness and reinforces unity. This is not only to maintain reliable electricity supply during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, but also to support the long-term sustainability of PLN Indonesia Power,” he stated.

Through the Electricity Readiness Inspection and Ramadan Safari 1447 H, PLN Indonesia Power reaffirms its commitment to maintaining national electricity supply reliability, ensuring that communities can observe Ramadan comfortably and celebrate Eid al-Fitr in a warm and secure environment.
