PLN Indonesia Power Receives Multiple EBTKE 2025 Awards, Reinforces Commitment to Clean Energy Transition
Jakarta, December 23, 2025 — PLN Indonesia Power (PLN IP) has once again recorded positive achievements in the development of new and renewable energy (NRE). At the 2025 New and Renewable Energy Appreciation Ceremony (EBTKE) organized by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), PLN Indonesia Power successfully received several awards across various renewable power plant categories.
This achievement reflects PLN IP’s commitment to supporting the national energy transition through the management of clean energy-based power plants that are reliable, sustainable, and aligned with the principles of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Eniya Listiani Dewi, Director General of New, Renewable Energy, and Energy Conservation at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, extended congratulations and appreciation to the award recipients, expressing hope that these achievements would encourage continued contributions to clean energy development.
"Congratulations to all award recipients. This achievement is expected to serve as motivation to continue contributing sustainably to the development of clean energy in support of the national energy transition," she said.
Meanwhile, Haris, Secretary of the Directorate General of New, Renewable Energy, and Energy Conservation at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, stated that 2025 marks the year of energy self-sufficiency revival.
"The year 2025 is a year of transformation, as various efforts are being undertaken to revive national energy self-sufficiency through the development of new and renewable energy," Haris remarked.
