Supporting PLN's Strong Performance, PLN Indonesia Power Exceeds 2025 Corporate Business Plan Target for Electricity Sales
Jakarta, June 29, 2026 – As the largest power generation subholding within the PLN Group, PT PLN Indonesia Power (PLN IP) continues to make significant contributions to strengthening PLN's overall performance through reliable power plant operations, the development of clean energy, and sustainable business transformation. This commitment was reaffirmed during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PLN Indonesia Power with PT PLN (Persero), held at the PLN Headquarters Auditorium in Jakarta. The meeting served as an important milestone to strengthen the Company's strategic direction in supporting Indonesia's energy security while advancing PLN's vision of becoming a world-class energy company.
Throughout 2025, PLN Indonesia Power recorded strong operational and business achievements that contributed significantly to PLN's overall performance. Electricity sales reached 82.17 TWh, representing approximately 109% of the Company's 2025 Corporate Business Plan (RKAP) target. The Company also achieved a 93.18% Equivalent Availability Factor (EAF) for its non-coal-fired power plants, exceeding the RKAP target of 90.52%.
In addition, PLN Indonesia Power added 2,060 MW of new generating capacity and successfully commissioned three new power plant units during 2025. Its Beyond kWh business recorded performance equivalent to 156% of the RKAP target, supported by continued growth in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) electrical services.
The Company's commitment to sustainability was also reflected in its outstanding environmental performance, earning 54 PROPER environmental ratings, comprising 7 Gold, 22 Green, and 25 Blue ratings, along with numerous national and international awards. These achievements further reinforce PLN Indonesia Power's contribution to PLN's performance and strengthen its role as the generation subholding supporting Indonesia's long-term energy security.
The AGMS also served as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration among the Shareholders, the Board of Commissioners, and the Board of Directors to ensure that the Company's transformation agenda continues to be implemented consistently, adaptively, and sustainably in response to future challenges in the electricity industry.
In his remarks, Yusuf Didi Setiarto, Vice President Director of PT PLN (Persero), emphasized PLN Indonesia Power's strategic role in supporting PLN's corporate objectives. He encouraged the Company to ensure that all programs outlined in both the Corporate Business Plan (RKAP) and the Electricity Supply Business Plan (RUPTL) are executed effectively through enhanced operational reliability, greater efficiency, and disciplined implementation.

These strategic directions provide the foundation for PLN Indonesia Power to further accelerate its corporate transformation. In this process, the Board of Commissioners plays a critical role in ensuring that corporate strategies are implemented effectively while upholding good corporate governance, strong risk management, and sustainable value creation.
Arief Budiman, President Commissioner of PLN Indonesia Power, reaffirmed the Board of Commissioners' commitment to overseeing the Company's strategic transformation to ensure that every initiative is measurable, accountable, and delivers optimal value for both the Company and its stakeholders.

President Director of PLN Indonesia Power, Bernadus Sudarmanta, stated that the Company's strong performance throughout 2025 reflects the commitment of all employees in executing business strategies with discipline and a results-oriented mindset. He noted that PLN Indonesia Power successfully exceeded several key targets set in the RKAP, including electricity sales, completion of strategic power plant projects, and positive financial performance.

In addition to its operational and business achievements, PLN Indonesia Power also demonstrated a strong commitment to good corporate governance. The Company has completed the majority of the directives issued by the Shareholders and the Board of Commissioners according to plan, while the remaining initiatives continue to progress in line with their established implementation schedules.
