STRENGTHENING SAFETY CULTURE, PROVIDING SAFETY EXCELLENCE
Pendekatan Topik Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Perencanaan dan
Manajemen: Tanggap Darurat menjadi topik yang penting bagi Indonesia Power
Topik Keselamatan karena dalam menjalankan bisnis pembangkit tenaga listrik, Indonesia
dan Kesehatan Kerja Power berkomitmen dan bertanggung jawab untuk mewujudkan
(K3) dan Perencanaan 1) Kondisi selamat dan sehat bagi tenaga kerja dan orang lain di tempat
kerja, 2) Kondisi aman dan efisien bagi setiap sumber produksi, dan
dan Tanggap Darurat/ 3) Kondisi aman, nyaman dan produktif, bebas dari kecelakaan,
Bencana kebakaran, peledakan dan penyakit akibat kerja bagi lingkungan
[GRI 103-1, 103-2, 103-3] kerja. Selain itu, saat ini Indonesia Power juga sedang melaksanakan
Management Approach: Transformasi Budaya K3 guna peningkatan kinerja K3 melalui
Occupational Health and Safety tumbuhnya kesadaran dari seluruh pekerja dalam berbudaya K3
(OHS) and Emergency/Disaster sehingga diharapkan dapat menghilangkan potensi terjadinya
Planning and Response Topics kegagalan/kecelakaan kerja dengan implementasi K3 yang baik, waktu
[GRI 103-1, 103-2, 103-3] yang baik, dan handal (aman untuk asset, aman untuk pegawai dan
seluruh pekerja).
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Emergency Planning and Response are
important topics for Indonesia Power because in running the power generation
business, Indonesia Power is committed and responsible for realizing 1) Safe and
healthy conditions for employees and other people in the workplace, 2) Safe and
efficient conditions for each source of generation, and 3) Safe, comfortable, and
productive conditions, free from accidents, fires, explosions, and occupational diseases
in the working environment. In addition, Indonesia Power is currently implements an
OHS Cultural Transformation to improve OHS performance by enriching employees’
awareness in the OHS culture. Therefore, this shall reduce any potential of work failures/
accidents with good OHS implementation, good timing, and reliability (safety for assets,
safety for employees and all workers).
