​PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewables, previously known as PT Putra Indotenaga, changed its name based on the Notarial Deed dated August 3, 2023. Participating interest - as a Subsidiary of PLN Indonesia Power with unrestricted designation towards the Indenture Covenant of Global Bonds, for the purpose of project funding, with business activities:
a. Participation in PT Rajamandala Electric Power for the development of the Rajamandala Hydroelectric Power Plant 47 MW
b. Participation in PT GCL Indo Tenaga for the development of the Kalbar-1 Coal-fired Power Plant 2x100 MW
c. Participation in PT Suralaya Indo Tenaga as an intermediate company for PT Indo Raya Tenaga in the development of the Suralaya Coal-fired Power Plant 9-10 2 x 1,000 MW
d. Participation in PT PLN Indonesia Geothermal (formerly PT Indo Tenaga Hijau) for the development of Renewable Energy Sources and Geothermal Power Plant Development for the PLN Group
e. Participation in PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia for the development of Solar Manufacturing
