To prevent actions and practices that may lead to criminal acts such as bribery, fraud, conflicts of interest, and gratuities, PLN Indonesia Power has been certified with SNI ISO 37001:2016 on Anti-Bribery Management Systems (SMAP) and has established Guidelines for Gratuity Control approved through Joint Decree of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners No.0098.P/DIR/2023 and No. 007.SK/DK-PLNIP/2023 dated December 13, 2023 concerning Anti-Bribery Governance within PT PLN Indonesia Power.
These guidelines serve as the basis for implementing the 4 No's Principles (No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, and No Luxurious Hospitality) within the Company to prevent, detect, and address bribery, thereby instilling a deterrent effect to prevent bribery practices in the Company's business processes. These guidelines are binding and regulate all stakeholders of PLN Indonesia Power in conducting business activities, with the expectation that they will shape a controlled environment within the Company for handling anti-bribery measures, ensuring that principles of transparency and accountability are effectively implemented.
