8. Penyimpangan Higienis; dan 8. Hygienic Violation; and
9. Keluhan K3. 9. OHS Complaints.

Dari 1.389 pelaporan pada aplikasi Nearmiss, masih terdapat 312 Out of the 1,389 reports on the Nearmiss application, there are
pelaporan yang masih berstatus Open. Hal ini disebabkan oleh still 312 reports in the ‘Open’ status. This is due to various factors,
berbagai faktor diantaranya yaitu sumber daya berupa personil including limited resources in the form of personnel and budget,
dan anggaran yang terbatas sehingga tindak lanjut ditunda thereby postponing any follow-up actions to the following year.
